These Terms of Business ("Terms") are produced for Clients of Minerva Trust & Corporate Services Limited, its staff and its associates to explain the terms upon which Minerva accepts instructions and charges for Trust, Company and Other Services ("Services").

All the Services provided by Minerva must comply with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. The purpose of an entity must be explained fully to Minerva.
