Dawn Manti is a manager within Minerva’s corporate and fund services business. She has particular expertise in technical and statutory aspects.

As part of her role, Dawn is responsible for the co-ordination of board and shareholders meetings and has a keen eye for regulatory requirements. She is also actively involved in the project management of new structures.

Dawn’s career in the finance industry began in 1989 within the company and trust administration division of Deloitte. She went on to head up their offshore statutory team encompassing Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man. Dawn is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
