Julia is the Company Secretary and Head of Statutory Services. She has responsibility for statutory matters within the organisation.

She has 15 years experience of trust and company administration gained through employment with privately owned trust companies in Jersey which was followed by 11 years in a compliance role, latterly as Head of Compliance and Risk for Minerva’s Jersey office. As Company Secretary, her role includes responsibility for ensuring good corporate governance throughout the organisation and heading up the department responsible for statutory matters and ensuring that the client statutory database is kept up to date.

Julia is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators and a member of both the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and the Jersey Companies Registry User Group.
