Peter is a Director of Minerva Trust & Corporate Services Limited with responsibility for Minerva’s business development and marketing activities. Peter also has a special focus on developing the service offering of Professional Trust in London. 

Peter was formerly chief executive and a shareholder of Professional Trust in Jersey from 1996 until its merger with Minerva in 2006. Prior to that Peter held several senior positions with a number of the banking worlds leading trust businesses. Peter started his trust career in 1981 and qualified as a trust specialist in this field in 1989 when he was awarded the then Chartered Institute of Bankers diploma (ACIB Trustee). Peter is an authority on trust and company services and advises Minerva’s clients and their advisers on their specific use and benefits both from a technical and commercial perspective.

Additionally Peter is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and of the Securities Institute (MSI).
