Ruari is a Client Relationship Manager within Minerva’s corporate and fund services business. He has around 10 years experience in corporate administration encompassing a variety of specialist structures.

Ruari has been involved in a number of listings projects and has developed a particular focus on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange.

Ruari is based in Minerva’s Jersey office and holds the ICSA certificate in Offshore Finance & Administration.
