Simon is a Non Executive Director of Minerva Fund Administration Limited. Simon has nearly 20 years experience of legal practice in the Channel Islands having qualified in 1987 and specialises in investment fund structures, regulatory issues and compliance law matters, predominantly for corporate and institutional clients. Simon also works closely with the Jersey Financial Services Commission, providing ad hoc consultancy advice to the regulatory body on investment fund legislation and reforms and is on numerous industry steering groups, working with the Commission on the on-going development of the financial services regime in Jersey.
