Minerva Financial Services Limited (Minerva) is an independently owned entity which was formed in January 2001 as a result of the merger between City Management Limited and Kingsridge Trustee Company (Jersey) Limited.

These highly successful companies had been active in the provision of Trust and Company administration services to clients throughout the world over many years.

In June 2006 Minerva acquired Professional Trust Company Limited, and with this acquisition Minerva is now one of the largest independently owned Trust companies in Jersey employing 66 locally based staff. The business of Professional Trust Company Limited was successfully integrated during the second half of 2006.

Minerva is fully licensed and regulated by the Jersey Financial Services Commission to conduct trust business under the Financial Services (Jersey) Law 1998.

In addition to the main office in Jersey, Minerva has fully-staffed offices in London, Geneva and Mauritius.

The principal areas of activity of Minerva relate to the formation and ongoing administration of trusts and companies registered in Jersey and other jurisdictions.

Minerva aims to provide a highly personalised, efficient and professional service for its clients. All directors and senior managers are professionally qualified in Law, Accountancy or Banking, and in addition we have staff with expertise in trusts, banking and company secretarial matters.
