- Full Terms of Business
These
Terms of Business ("Terms") are produced for Clients of Minerva
Financial Services Limited, its staff and its associates to
explain the terms upon which Minerva accepts instructions and
charges for Trust, Company and Other Services ("Services").
All
Clients will be required to sign a copy of the Terms evidencing
acceptance of the Terms. For the purposes of these Terms, Clients
are defined as the beneficial owners of companies, the settlors
of trusts or instructing parties. Entities are defined as Companies
and Trust for which Minerva provides Services.
All
the Services provided by Minerva must comply with all applicable
statutory and regulatory requirements. The purpose of an entity
must be explained fully to Minerva.
